Sue-Ann White is a seasoned Accounting Administrator with over 20 years of experience in financial operations and administrative support. Since joining Volcano Construction in November 2019, she has brought her expertise, precision, and passion for numbers to every aspect of the company’s accounting processes.

Annette Sheppard is the Controller at Volcano Construction, bringing over 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate accounting. Since joining the company in October 2021, Annette has been instrumental in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s continued growth with clarity and expertise.

Born and raised in HRM and spending his early years in Cow Bay, Brady is a very proud Nova Scotian. He spent most of his life watching and listening to his family members, who have worked in the demolition industry for the past 15-20 years. Volcano Construction Services Ltd. has been a family run business since inception and Brady knew from a very young age that his family’s vision for the company was something he wanted to be part of.

Ward’s career began hands-on, working as a Foreman in a machine shop specializing in hydraulic cylinder repairs, valve servicing, and hard chrome plating. His early years laid the technical foundation and strong work ethic that would drive his success. After five years refining his skills in the mechanical trades, Ward transitioned to the demolition sector, stepping into another Foreman role with a local demolition company.

Born and raised in Cape Breton, Beverly has worked in corporate finance for most of her career. After graduating high school, she moved to Halifax to attend Dalhousie University. Upon realizing that a career in science was not what she wanted, she took a job working in a centralized fast food restaurant data centre. She immediately took interest and wanted to learn everything about running a store of her own. Within two years she was the manager of four corporate restaurants in Dartmouth and one in Halifax. She was 23 years old.
