In January 2021, Volcano Construction Services Ltd. was contracted to safely remove the roof of an occupied building to facilitate the addition of multiple new stories. This project presented a unique set of challenges, including the need to protect the property from weather exposure while demolition activities were underway.
Our team developed a tailored approach to maintain weatherproofing, safeguard the structure, and minimize disruption to the property. Despite these complexities, the project was completed on time and within budget, with safety and the protection of the owner’s property remaining the top priority throughout the process.
