Terry Daigle
Project Manager
Born and raised in northern New Brunswick, Terry has always had a passion for hands-on work. After graduating high school, Terry moved to Halifax to attend Nova Scotia Community College and has been a proud Nova Scotian ever since.
Terry started his career in the construction industry with a Dartmouth based demolition company in the early 2000’s as a General Labourer but quickly realized his potential to climb higher. With experience in all aspects of demolition and environmental services, he quickly moved up to Field Supervisor.
In 2009, the companies he was working for separated and Volcano Construction Services Ltd. was established. Terry stayed on with Volcano Construction Services Ltd. and took several courses to gain knowledge to complement his experience. After taking the Project Construction Estimating course, he took on an estimating role and moved into the office sector of the business. As an Estimator, Terry took on the responsibility of Project Management. This dual role strengthened his knowledge of projects from start to finish.
In 2018, Terry felt it was time to spread his wings and continued gaining experience and knowledge in the industry. After a few years, Terry returned to the place that started it all, Volcano. As Project Manager, Terry is excited at the opportunity to see the growth in the company and be part of Volcano’s future.
Terry currently lives in Dartmouth with his wife, daughter and two very spoiled cats.
